Mike's Unedited Let's Plays!

So I'm mucking around in Grandia Isekai and it's just a delightful conversation over to the Gameboy Colour. The graphics are lovely, the music is great, the battle system is fun. Shame the story is a bunch of Gaiden wank but hey... Can't expect too much.

So I'm anticipating that I'm going to have zero time around this point as I've got a new small coming and that early period isn't a great time in terms of being alone EVER. So enjoy this attempt to work out how best to record my phone from my phone. There are some really basic mistakes made, it's frankly embarrassing. Anyway the games are Asterix and Mega Man Legends 2, they're both fun but flawed...

Pink haired jumpy boy saves chicks, feeds apes, meets centegenarians.

Okay so I rush through an important scene because I wanted to use my psp to play a different game. WHO CAN BLAME ME IT'S GOING TO BE EPIC!

Surprise boss fight with flat results. Lloyd just isn't a great antagonist and the further I go in this story the less this plot makes sense from a structural standpoint..

As opposed the the man of a thousand voices I barely manage one

Probably miles too sleepy for this but messing around on game gear Streets of Rage late at night. It's fun, impresses in the way game gear games often do.

Wouldn't you start a calendar based thing halfway through the year? I have a Megadrive calendar, July is Comix Zone. Comix Zone is a fun game that I'm not very good at. It also doesn't do continues...

I continue to make poor vocal choices which aren't sustainable. It's a fun game and importantly I could grab it off the side without disturbing my better half. The music is great, like alarmingly great.

Sneaking off to do a record, not enough time to really get into a proper RPG so more episodes of audio mecha action!

Bill from RPG Years is doing a thing for motor neuron disease. Giving money based on members of his discord completing (or getting through the start bit) of 7th Saga, Enix's slightly unfair RPG for the SNES. This episode is broken up progress reports in various states and levels of quality, much like the game. Bit different for me. https://www.justgiving.com/page/700saga/ The discord: https://disc...

Tired but still up at a stupid time.

While I try to get time for whatever replaces Digimon I'm messing around with Super Robot Taisen because it's fun and I can do silly voices.

Lloyd makes another move. I don't keep any sacred sisters consistent. We see the obligatory ice level. Also I don't remember but I think I mention 7th Saga a bunch because I've been sneakily playing that.

The encounter rate on mt. Draco Morta is such that I spend more time blathering on about my life than I spend doing the silly voices.

Tired Mike is tired but playing Digimon in bed while keeping quiet. Digiconverted some new monsters. Now time to rno ejrrr Tired typing

May have accidentally gone longer than my lunch break 😅 Lot of digivolving, lot of nonsense, there's a cybernetic dragon with a shit name! Also getting lost in a forest as is tradition.

Baleog becomes a gearboy, we get told to explore a place, get lost, might have fallen asleep 😶 At the very least you might want to have skip silences set on you podcasting app of choice because I think there's a few... We'll see at which point I get so guilty I start editing things...

This episode is pretty much just fighting the divine dragon, the secret to which is to not make the obvious mistakes and to aim for his balls.

Making my way up the Drago Morta mountain, chatting nonsense and steadily getting sleepy.

I use some items in a battle, I know, really rocking the boat. Then plot happens, radical dragon smashes the city again, I forget Miranda's voice!

Toxic sludge needs a nap, I name some digital monsters, I do a terrible impersonation of Spike Milligan.

So things are happening! Everyone is digidevolved, dedigivolved? They devolve. Anyway, my panda is a grizzly, my plant fairy is a plant goblin, and the other one is still the other one.

Digimon, digital monsters, Digimon are the champions, of something. Trying another thing, at the start there's a lot more dialogue than expected. Going to be honest I don't expect to finish this one but assuming I eventually get out of the tutorial might be a laugh 😁

I sincerely hope once again that you have a certain level of patience for me doing about an hour of terrible Scouse accents while I subvert the mental image of these space elves. In other news I genuinely can't decide between Last Bible 3 or Digimon for my next 3DS series.
