We dive into a racist rant that an afternoon show in Rochester NY had on air the other day and discuss why it’s meaningful and important. You won’t believe what was said on live radio (yikes!)

After yesterday’s Blackout Tuesday, we open up about how it affected us and what we took away from it. We also live streamed this podcast on Facebook and took real time questions about Black Lives Matter vs All Lives Matter.

We talk to Dr. Nate Upshaw of NeuroSpa TMS about why mental health is so difficult to talk about and what has changed over the last 20 years. Miguel also asks how to deal with the anxieties of the protests and riots happening, and what to tell your kids.

Scott had his HS graduation photos on Facebook, while M+H had to take pictures of pictures to get theirs. Tension ensued! We also ask Holly to solve a riddle that Roommate Dylan needs help with for his virtual gameshow, and our weekend plans include YOU!
