You don´t have to make yourself good, try to be good or prove your goodness. You are good because that is your nature. There is nothing in your that is not good and whole. It´s about time you remembered your own innate goodness.    And nothing you ever did here on planet Earth could diminish your goodness. No mistake or -up ever make you any less good - it is who you are. 

being human is messy, awkward, and full of hilarious -ups—You’re alive, learning, and doing your best.  Stop trying to be perfect; it’s boring and overrated. Instead, fall in love with your humanness. Be kind to yourself. Laugh at your mistakes. And know this—nothing, absolutely nothing, deserves your love more than you.

The one where my son bangs on my door....and teaches me the lesson I wanted to share in this episode. Isn´t Life perfect?  Welcome everything that comes into your life - when it comes knocking at the door, let it into your life and embrace it.  Embrace every emotion and everything that comes into your life.
