In light of John 13:1-17, we desire to be a people who following the example & resting in the power of Jesus, generously, joyfully, humbly & sacrificially steward our gifts & resources for the good of one another & kingdom advance.⁠

Esther 4:12-17 reminds us that God is worthy of our following Him wherever, whenever, & however He leads us. Every day until the last day.

Romans 12:13-20 is a discomforting but beautiful reminder that we are welcomed into the presence of God because of Jesus, and this is both the example and empowerment of our call to welcome everyone and anyone into our presence. So might we stop building fences and start building longer tables.

This week we visit Matthew 4:18-22 and see that walking with Jesus is not a burden. It is a kind and urgent invitation into anti-burden. 

Ephesians 6:21-24 tells us that even though the letter to the Church at Ephesus has an ending, the transforming power of the gospel never ends.

In Ephesians 6:10-20 we're called to put on the whole armor of God, stand firm in His strength, and be in constant prayer.

Ephesians 6:1-9 is clear that whether we’re in authority or under authority, our responsibility is the same: honor the authority of God and the dignity of others.

In Exodus 1:15-2:10 through the lives of five defiant daughters we see that God’s divine providence testifies that He is worthy of obedience even when it’s difficult.

In Ephesians 5:22-33, we see that the primary meaning of marriage is the mysterious way it is supposed to make Jesus and His Bride look beautiful to the world. And we can all get behind that.

Ephesians 5:15-21 is a loving reminded that to walk in the way of the gospel means we never walk alone. But instead we walk in the Father’s ways, filled with the Holy Spirit, alongside our big brother Jesus.

Traveling through the Gospels we follow the stories of four encounters with the Resurrected Jesus and we see that when He meets us in our lowest places, He does so with sweet renewal only He can bring.

Matthew 20:20-28 shines a light on the fact that redemption is experienced through the death of Jesus, redemption’s results are assured through the resurrection of Jesus, and redemption is embodied in the selfless service of Jesus.

In Ephesians 5:1-14 we're confronted with the reality that true love is defined and displayed by God. And only true love is true love and true love is the way.

Ephesians 4:25-32 presents us with the reality that the result of true gospel transformation is a gospel lifestyle and that lifestyle is rooted in the love of Jesus.

Ephesians 4:17-24 makes it clear that the gospel of Jesus empowers transformation, and that transformation is seen in the story of who we once were and who we are becoming.

Ephesians 4:7-16 opens our eyes to see that our ability to contribute to the kingdom of God is a gift from God that we give back to God and this gospel ministry belongs to all the members of the body of Christ

Ephesians 4:1-6 make it clear that one of the utmost priorities of the people of God must be unity. And true unity only comes from God and always gives Him glory.

Ephesians 3:14-21 makes it clear that the strength required for the Christian life is not found in us. Instead, it is rooted and grounded in the abundant power of God’s multi-dimensional love for us.

In Ephesians 3:1-13 we're confronted with the fact that it defies (human) logic that God would save any of us, let alone that God would use any of us. And the great mystery of the gospel is that both of those things are an actual reality through Jesus! Might we embrace and engage that reality.

In Ephesians 2:14-19 we're reminded that you can’t have reconciliation without The Reconciler, but good news, The Reconciler is the Head of The Church and Jesus is the Singular Hope of togetherness in our world of countless divisions.

Ephesians 2:11-13, 19-22 whispers to our souls the truth that God’s heart is to be near to His children. And Jesus paid the price so it could be so. And it is so.

Ephesians 2:1-10 is like Christianity 101 answerings the most fundamental questions of our faith: Why do we need a Savior? Who is our Savior? How and why did He save us? What to do we do once we're saved?

Ephesians 1:15-23 serves to remind us that the Gospel inspires our gratitude, informs our prayers, enlightens our lives, and fills us up to the point of overflowing. And exemplifies the reality that prayer is part of this filling and also the overflowing.

Ephesians 1:11-14 is a welcome reminder that our Gospel inheritance, secured and sealed by grace, transforms how we live today! And gives peace filled rest as we look towards tomorrow.

Ephesians 1:3-10 exposes us to the truth that Our Gospel DNA determines who we are today and who we will be tomorrow. Might this reality fill us and fill our world.
