Strange times.. It feels like I'm lost in time. It feels weird not to surround myself with my loved ones and ground myself again. But, the next best thing is to fill that space with music. May this Distant episode lift your spirit as it does mine. Surrender to the distance and stay safe ya'll ❤️

I thought I'd start this year out with a delayed Distant episode.. Better late than never. How did you start the new year? I hope it was wonderful and loud! 🎆

I can't believe what a year 2019 has been. Got to release more of my own music, got to travel the world and even host my own party in one of the best club I've played in, which is getting close to being sold out btw! I can't thank you all enough for all of this. 2020 is going to be even better, I feel it. For now, enjoy this more emotional collection of tracks and enjoy your holidays! 🌲🎅🏼

Autumn is knocking on our door, bringing the cold with it. It does have it plus sides however. Shorter days mean longer nights, perfect for studio sessions and club nights, new music is coming out and Distant will be bringing its first full feature show to Amsterdam with the legend Ben Böhmer in December. All exciting stuff! But let's get lost first.

We tend to use music to fill empty space, silences, instead of fully hearing every single sound or truly feel the emotions it may create. Making these Distant episodes somehow reminds me to sit down, just be in the moment and listen, letting the music work it's magic. Take a little moment for yourself this month and just listen 🙉 Ps.
