Meditation in TRAFFIC

I tell a quick story about how important it is to find someone who is able to truly think about you. 

It's 4:.05am Still Working Need to constantly get into a flow. The flow or meditative state must be all the time like a bodhisattva....be in life and in meditation at the same time

Whenever I speak, or really do anything, I am constantly off in another place in my head, which inevitably leads me to stuttering. Instead, if I am present, I am calm in my head and able to usually speak clearer.

Too often do we not make a decision because of the noise in our own head. We let the doubts and the questions overtake our original mission, whatever that was, instead of striving forward. Insecurity should not be the reason for not doing anything.

The only way to stand up to a tyrant is to be as strong in your own shoes as you possible can and hope to God that everyone around you is as well. We must develop a craft of our own to deploy against oppression. We must stand up to bigotry of free speech. We must speak. 

Why Do Communists Hate Diversity of Thought?  In this day in twitter age, there is one school of thought that is correct, and if you do not tow that party line, you are a disgrace.  Why is that? They don't want real diversity. They want quotas

This is a new daily meditation I will be doing every morning to warm up my voice. It will be the first thing I do. This morning is a meditation on why people fear public speaking, and why, as a stutterer, my perspective is quite different (and the same). No one wants to look stupid in front of anyone, but this puts the judgement of others above our own self esteem. That way lies madness.

In the interview of Jason Whitlock by Hotep Jesus. Jason Whitlock goes off on the state of liberal white pity being the WAP of the season, criticizing these empty gestures like kneeling or protesting their jobs. Whitlock looks beyond the liberal lenses that are force onto everyone that isn't white (because all whites are racists...remember?). He goes off on Lebron James and every NBA and NFL stars...

One of the most painful things we as people can consistently do that has an absolute detriment of our character is to judge. To sit in judgement of others and ourselves as if we are some self righteous gift from God that has never sinned in our lives. We must put the reflection back on oursleves, but not be so overwhelmed with ever little mistake we make. Instead... be present. 

We must reclaim our positions of power instead of being used in a whole other game. Don't forget, politicians are STEALING your money which is your time which is your freedom.... they won, they own you...it's time to wake up and play some 4D chess with the big boys instead of arguing over who's king in checkers. 

I apologize for the audio quality. I've been working out some kinks.  Politicians never want anything beyond what can keep them in power. There is a pernicious agenda when it comes to positions of power. It is the exact reason why we must disperse power as ubiquitously as possible. As individuals.  

Too many of us wait for the government to be responsible for our life's when they're just flawed people like we are... Makes no sense

We must not bow to the collective, which is nothing more than a collection of stats, not some real, tangible better
