Freedom: We are free to DECIDE our aspirations; We are free to CHOOSE in each moment; We GET to enjoy the fruits of our choices. Our choices are our greatest teachers.

Are you a trim tab? The Trim Tab Principle... if a person maintains their focus on what they know to be right, they might be able to move the world in a better direction, despite being just one small individual.

To make choices, a president must be ruthless in setting priorities and maintaining them, or risk being unprepared and delaying vital action. What about you?

Imagine leading without the benefit of mistakes. Imagine leading without a clear vision of the future. Imagine leadership that takes responsibility and lifts where they stand.

I deserve this! vs. I am responsible! A sense of entitlement is the corrosive enemy to meaningfulness and fulfillment. Reach for what you aspire to achieve while celebrating what you currently have.

Can animals make mistakes? "Knowing what I know now, what might I do differently in the future to achieve a better outcome?" The choices we make, make us. Yes and No lead in opposite directions and determine the course of our lives.

Gratitude unexpressed to others is gratitude gone to waste. True Gratitude is Gratitude IN Action. It must be given.
