What is the nature of the brick and how does it affect the Universe?

A friend is dying. We are all approaching an ultimate end. Is it all for nothing, that we pass on and eventually the universe passes on and it is all as though we never were? As we examine the centre of galaxies, and look at very fast spinning black holes, there is an intriguing clue that all may not be for nothing after all.

This is where the rubber hits the road. We measure the universe and discover it is not expanding -- it's infinite. Galaxies are pretty awesome too once you get to know them.

We come to conclusions regarding NGC3198 and take a look at the long term effects of the universe and our place in it.

Barred spirals are galaxies which look like a bar near its centre but turns into a spiral farther out from the centre. Here we can see the transition between the slower moving bar and faster moving outer section, which appears as a spiral as a result of relativistic effects. A stunning example of General Relativity.

Another plank in the Dark Matter platform is the supposed discrepancy between the luminosity profile of galaxies and their mass distribution profile. However, we find this plank is non-existent. And Roxy is ok.

We look at the effects of General Relativity on the rotation curve of NGC3198

We discuss various models of galaxies and why present models are inappropriate. We examine Kepler and Newton and see what assumptions are required for these approaches to apply. We again open the door for the General Theory of Relativity to explain the spiral structure and flat velocity rotation profile of NGC 3198.

This is the start into showing that Dark Matter not only does not exist, it is completely unnecessary. In our search for truth and our relationship to the universe, we have to deal with a lot of falsehood.

Big question here: if the universe is infinite and eternal, what about the second law of thermodynamics? Why hasn't the universe wound down and died?
