That is until Jake Travest (or Slash Hannigan) starts ripping the place a new one with the MAX Version 2 armor (forget that version 3 existed)!!! Jake and the MAX suit are after Wayne and Tyrone and neither historic hotels nor innocent civilians will slow him down. Also: Lots of German Accents!

Merriam, Lenore, Charley, Jenny Swensen, Mutator....which one will win Randy's attention in the post apocalyptic bomb shelter snuggle fest???? Oh, and something about a guy named Pitbull? That guy might be trouble.

Mick Jagger, U2....Peter Paul and Mary???? Justice makes his way to a concert raising money for survivors of the PITT (and maybe the family of those reporters in the helicopter from the PITT comic), and he gets into some trouble with Seraph, defender of paranormals!

With Two Thirds of PSI Force captured, what's left? Wayne, Tyrone and their new friend Lindsay find out what happened to the others and have a run in with the Medusa Web. Plus a special back-up Codename: Spitfire story.

Creepy flying baby alert!! Is this still the same comic book that started the New Universe? Lots of big changes on the way in this story, so strap in and grab a cold mug of Pitt juice. It's going to get weird!!!

Well since issue 18 left us with a literal cliffhanger, this one can't come soon enough. Here we find out if any of our paranormal friends actually make it out of the Pitt alive!! Jenny Swensen and the MAX armor show up too, but is it to help or just cause more trouble?

"You've got to clean up the blood Lydia!" Justice is back hunting paranormals in Philadelphia this time. A PITT inspired cult with a dangerous leader draws Tensen's attention, but so does his daughter Angie. Will there be a reunion? Let's find out?

Welcome back to the Voice of the New Universe. Finally we catch up to what the rest of the Teens are doing, and what they are doing is running from the Medusa Web. Lots of new paranormals with nicknames! Blood Cat! Dustoff Skybreaker!

At the end of every season we spend some time reflecting on what we liked and what we didn't about the issues from this season. In this case we had a bunch of new directions for our New Universe books, some regular creative teams and some controversial retcons! What did we make of it all? Pop some ear buds in and have a listen!

Justice is still on his mission to bring the sword to paranormals who abuse their powers, at least until the PITT happens. We also squeeze in some poetry readings and bible study. In DP7 the clinic paranormals are working on clean up after the riot but tempers haven't lowered for all of them. Add in an apocalyptic road trip and you've got one heck of an issue!

Pittsburgh is gone...but what happens next? Join us in our review of THE PITT where we get to see The Witness, Col. Mac "Bloodthirsty" Browning and our old friend Jenny "Don't call my MAX armor Spitfire" Swensen as they experience the aftermath. Bad things can happen when a writer has a grudge against a character...

What is going on here??? Do we finally get to see Ken Connell do some super heroics? A weird visit to a comic book convention to see John Byrne? An unexpected pregnancy? Some kind of New Universe-shaping mega event? Massive retcons? we'll see but you are definitely going to want to hear this one!

We are skipping ahead a bit in the release order to cover PSI Force 18, since this story occurs before a certain explosive Star Brand 12. Here we get to find out what happens after the destruction of the sanctuary last is...

Issue 17 of PSI Force is titled: "Beg Tomorrow" and features not one but TWO new evil organizations and a bunch of new paranormals including the frightening Rodstvow! Steven's Russian accent is going to earn overtime pay for this issue! In Justice 17 we get some back story on who John Tensen is as he has to explain it to some dope trapped in his body who refused to just get vaporized like everyone...

Time to learn a little more about our friend Justice, and time to re-start the kill count! Tensen has a new mission, and trouble causing paranormals are not safe. In DP7 we get the formation of the new super team to end all super teams...the DD Teens! Ok well maybe it's just a bunch of kids fanning the flames of the race war in the Clinic. We also take some time at the end to talk about Marvel Age...

Legendary John Byrne takes over Star Brand, but how does he feel about our main man Ken Connell? There was lots of advertising hype for this one, should be a good one! PSI Force is breaking out this issue with lots of fun pop culture references and John Lithgowian foreheads! A fun issue by Fabian Nicieza.

Big changes require a big episode so we are giving Justice 15 its own solo podcast episode. Cross yoru fingers that our favorite Justice warrior comes out OK from this one.

Crossover time! Michael Crawley left PSI Force and heads to the Clinic in Wisconsin. Lock up your MRI machines, it's explosion time! The race war continues in DP7, but this time a spotlight on Lenore and Steven damages his vocal cords with his best old lady impression.

Welcome back to the Voice of the New Universe with Season 3! Although we are moving on from a bunch of cool books that were cancelled, PSI Force survives to see an issue 13 and the return of an old foe (who sadly isn't Mindwolf). Stasi and her healing powers take center stage again, and we take one last look at some hilarious potential New U slogans.
