The health minister says backbench MHKs may have blocked a debate on Manx Care’s Mandate and Operating Plan, but that won’t stop it coming into force. A long-awaited review into the Isle of Man's school meals system has finally been published - though much of it remains redacted. And FC Isle of Man is back in action as they hope to end a six-match winless streak.

An accident investigation report found that three dockworkers from an Isle of Man-registered bulk carrier died after one entered the wrong cargo hold, and his two colleagues attempted to rescue him. Ramsey Commissioners says the Department of Infrastructure has been ‘systematically delaying’ funding for social housing projects. A special drone display is set to light up Douglas tonight.
