Deuteronomy: Upon entering the new land God requires a tithe of their first fruits, for them to write all the words of the Law on white washed stones and to proclaim curses from Mt. Ebal. Luke: Jesus heals a centurion's servant, raises a widows son from the dead and sends a message to John of the miracles He's preformed according to prophecy for the Messiah.

Deuteronomy: Requirements laid out for people that are to be excluded from the assembly, laws about divorce, instructions of how Israel is to maintain familial inheritance.
