I led the jury on an assault case about a year ago. Now having some difficulties in the office, I think back to that assault case and the different perceptions that led to the verdict. This episode was made fro two drafts glued together, but recorded about a month apart. They center on fitness. What to do after the challenge -- like how do you strategize your weight loss after a weight loss program & going back to the gym. I successfully lost nearly 60 pounds in 2017 but have a little maintenance to do. In this case, I am headed back to Fit Body Bootcamp.
