Davis Vocal Choirs who will be performing America Sings at the Markay Cultural Arts Center in Jackson on Sunday, June 26 at 4:00 p.m. Admission is $5 in advance and $7 at the door. Later we look back at our visit to BARKer Farms who will be at the Lillian Jones Museum tonight at 7 p.m. as part of the Jackson city library summer reading program.

This morning we are visited by Vinton County head football coach TJ  Carper and a couple of his senior players to promote Summerfest. Later  we are joined by Main Street TV all-star Marc Carman who recently  celebrated his 50 anniversary in the car business.

This morning we are being visited by our friends from the Humane Society  of Jackson. On Saturday, June 11 they will be holding their 2nd Annual  CAUSE FOR PAWS Car Show. The event is being held at the A&A Truck  Stop off Highway 35 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. All vehicles are welcome  & registration is $10 per car. Call Faith at 740-988-0245
