It is Apple Festival time again, and the Victory Grange is once more  recruiting for volunteers to help with their fundraiser. Each year, the  Grange makes apple butter to sell at the festival, with the proceeds  going to such community projects like the homeless, the school’s weekend  food and backpack programs and 4-H projects.
