I am the widow of a cross-dressing alcoholic. I survived a blood clot in my brain 2 days after my wedding and it was caused by birth control pills. It then led to a hysterectomy a few years later. I am the daughter of a convicted felon. I met my father at 30 and learned his truth. I have used laughter, love, and hope to heal. Also, drugs and therapy - I am not an idiot.

Lynn Logic – Episode 35: Big Dick Energy vs. Ego & Anger 14.01.2026

Hi! Lynn again. This is  Lynn Logic – Episode 35: Big Dick Energy vs. Ego & Anger. In this episode, I break down the difference between  Big Dick Energy  and  Big Dick Ego  — and why one is rare, confident, and calm… while the other is just insecurity in a tantrum costume. I talk about emotional manipulation, gaslighting, control, and the kind of ego-driven outbursts that used to pull me into...

Lynn Logic – Episode 37: Love Worthy / Toilet Seat Etiquette 12.01.2026

This episode is a two-parter, because apparently that’s how my brain works. In the first half, I say something that’s hard to admit out loud: I don’t think I’m worthy of love. I unpack what it means to love deeply, give freely, and still struggle to believe it when someone says they love me back. We talk self-esteem versus confidence, overthinking, rambling, therapy (or avoiding it), and the stran...

Lynn Logic – Episode 36: Ghost / Soul Tired 12.01.2026

Lynn Logic – Episode 36: Ghost / Soul Tired Yes, I skipped an episode number. No, I’m not fixing it. Because… only human. In this episode, I talk about being  soul tired —not physically exhausted, but worn down from being a giver in a world full of takers. This is about time, self-awareness, waiting on people who don’t respect your time, and what happens when the give bucket is full and the take b...

Lynn Logic – Episode 38: Dear White People / Dear Black People 12.01.2026

Lynn Logic – Episode 38: Dear White People / Dear Black People In this episode, I wade directly into uncomfortable territory—race, language, behavior, and the quiet (and not-so-quiet) ways people tell on themselves. This piece was inspired by a story my friend Stella shared with me about dealing with a racist coworker, and it turned into a broader conversation about awareness, accountability, and...

Lynn Logic – Episode 39: Quality, Difficult Woman, and Pillow Dowry 11.01.2026

Lynn Logic – Episode 39: Quality, Difficult Woman, and Pillow Dowry Hi! Lynn again. Apologies for the brief disappearance—I lost my voice. Like a sea witch stole it. (Relax. It was Ursula.) Episode 39 is layered, reflective, and very  Lynn Logic . We talk about  quality over quantity , what it really means to know yourself, and why being underestimated is actually a strategic advantage. At 46—wido...

Lynn Logic – Episode 40: Notes for the Trolls 11.01.2026

Episode 40,  For The Trolls , is my official response to negative comments—so I don’t have to keep responding ever again. I’m not feeding hatred, I’m not giving you my energy, and I’m definitely not engaging in drive-by yelling from people who don’t know me. This episode  is  the response. If you’re new here, q...

Lynn Logic – Episode 41: The Eye Doctor 11.01.2026

Lynn Logic – Episode 41: The Eye Doctor Hi! Lynn again. For this episode, I tried to do something light and normal—like going to the eye doctor. Naturally, it went exactly how you’d expect it to go for me. Episode 41 is a tale of two eye exams at the  same company , with  very different doctors  and  very different experiences —one a full  1-star nightmare , the other a genuinely lovely  5-star re...

Lynn Logic – Episode 42 - Bunny 11.01.2026

Lynn Logic – Episode 42 - Bunny Hi! Lynn again. This episode is full nerd mode—and I regret nothing. Episode 42 (yes,  that  42) features a very special guest: my best friend Bunny. It is extremely Douglas Adams, wildly on-brand, and absolutely for her. Bunny and I met 25 years ago at Warren Wilson College and bonded the way women do—through chaos, honesty, and shared survival. Since then, we’ve h...

Lynn Logic – Episode 43: Confessions to My Mom 11.01.2026

Lynn Logic – Episode 43: Confessions to My Mom Hi! Lynn again. This episode is exactly what it sounds like—and somehow worse. In  Confessions to My Mom , I finally come clean about the things I never told my mother… until now. The confessions escalate quickly, there are two strategic apologies woven in to soften the blow, and yes—she heard all of this  before  I hit record. (Mostly.) Quick recap i...

Lynn Logic — Episode 46: The Time I Was Caught in Bed with Another Man (Not a Porn) Hi. Lynn again. In this episode, I tell a painfully true, wildly awkward story that could only happen to me—being caught in bed with another man in the most innocent, chaotic, Murphy’s Law way possible. This is a story about loneliness, poor judgment, misplaced trust, ego, guilt, and what happens when good intentio...

Lynn Logic — Episode 47: How My First Christmas Alone Turned Into an Episode of Cops 10.01.2026

Hi. Lynn again. This episode tells the story of my first Christmas after my husband died—and how loneliness, grief, trauma, and bad timing collided into something so surreal it could have aired on  Cops . I talk openly about widowhood, desire, shame, patterns in dating, internalized fear, and what happens when you’re starving for connection after years of emotional deprivation. This is a story abo...

Lynn Logic — Episode 50: Dreidels & Dollars 10.01.2026

Hi. Lynn again. This episode is part holiday nostalgia, part grief processing, and part systems talk—because that’s how my brain works. In  Dreidels & Dollars , I talk about growing up Jewish and loving Christmas, sneaking presents, Christmakah, Hanukkah bushes, charity work, and why the holidays have always been about generosity, humor, and people showing up a little kinder than usual. I also...

Lynn Logic - Episode 51 - The Systems. Not The Symptoms 10.01.2026

Lynn Logic — Episode 51: The Systems. Not The Symptoms. Hi. Lynn again. This episode isn’t about fixing what hurts — it’s about understanding  why it keeps happening . In Episode 51, I pull back from the noise and look at the systems underneath: biological, psychological, relational, and behavioral. Trauma. Conditioning. Pattern recognition. What happens when you’ve lived in fight-or-flight long e...
