All #Narcissists devalue those they have "split black" and feel jealous of & triggered by. The Shame Spiral preceeds the #Devaluation abuse because NPDs need to feel "safe" to a pathological level. And that requires significant controlling behaviour, bullying, stage management and triangulation. Sounds a lot of work?! Not for #Narcissists. They thrive on it.

When your life "blows up" with multiple attacks like this, track back to when it inflamed. What did or did not happen that day? That's the reason you are being attacked. Revel in knowing your haters are unhappy about it. You had a minor win that day after all.

Most victims of NPDs have some codependency in their make up. But NPDs will agitate the CoDep into being a malignant codep in extreme cases.
