This 1 hr tutorial is for ANYONE tasked with charging, convicting or defending BOTH victims of online harassment AND alleged perpetrators. Too many offenders are getting away with online abuse/stalking AND too many victims are being criminalised because the CJ Sector has no REAL understanding of how Social Media sites are used by offenders.

I am launching a programme of video tutorials aimed at staff, volunteers or offenders in prison or under sentences in the community. The project is designed to promote & provide basic creative writing skills to aid offenders in mental wellbeing, self evaluation, self awareness, moral injury, self esteem, employability skills, communication skills and more.

Moving along the recovery pathway as you detach from your abuser & that life, has stages. The highest risk stage is the "Wall". This is when your abuser has an opportunity to hoover you back in, blame others, hurt you AND ensure you stay a victim & you dont get to move on into Survivor stage......

Forgiving yourself & others triangulated into the abusive relationship is a key part of the recovery pathway after trauma. Some advice.

First in a series on the pathway. NPD abuse is diverse and dark. Recovery can be equally so. But we all need to recover and the pathway is different for many of us, and some move along it slower than others.

Infidelity is complex. No denying it! But in NPD Abuse relationships it is even harder to understand. The betrayal trauma of NPD Abuse is one of the worst experiences we will suffer. I hope that this podcast helps you to understand "why" he or she does (or did) those "things" with others EVEN though you begged them to stop or explain why.

The NPD Virus makes people really unforgiving, dark, bitter, paranoid and jealous. Come on, lets not be like that.

The ones who escaped & recovered to create good lives. And.... the ones who think they escaped, but are toxified by the abuse they suffered and will only ever act just like their abuser. Deeply troubled and engaging in vengeful acts towards the ones WHO properly escaped.
