Prayer is our line of communication with God.  If we create a rhythm of prayer in our daily life, we will grow closer to the Father, and hear from Him more clearly.

It is important to establish healthy patterns and rhythms in your life.  As a Christian, it is important that fasting is a regular rhythm that you practice (join us as we talk about exactly that in Part 1 of our new collection of talks).
