This week we come to the end of the church year, where we explore what it means for Jesus to be our king, with power, that He uses not for His benefit but for ours.   As disciples of Jesus this is also an encouragement for us to be people who use the power we have to connect people to Jesus our loving king     Support the show

Life can be challenging in many ways.  Sometimes these challenges, also present challenges to our faith in God.  Our focus this week from Hebrews reminds us that God gives us a long lasting faith and encourages us to tap into this faith by not giving up meeting together (see Hebrews 10:23-25 ).  So this week we will explore what it means for us to have a persevering faith.     Support the show

As I think about my life, there have been many people who have encouraged me to know Jesus.   Not all of these people would the world look at as saints, they not all of them were overly attractive, some were pretty rough but in God's eyes they are saints.   They are saints because they helped me and others connect to Jesus.   Who are some of the saints in your life?     Support the show
