Romans 8:13 My BS came from pride. My flesh was telling me to control my world. God hates pride because it’s us saying ‘we don’t need Him.’ Forgive us Lord for those thoughts or words. I repented and I pray this SALTY encourages you to do the same.

Years ago, I had a question from a wife who found herself thrilled by another man at her church. I wrote an article based off my response to her and thought to share with all y’all today. Temptation is straight up a scheme of the devil to get you to sin. Run from it Sister!

A right time…Ecclesiastes 3:1 starts each line with those words (MSG). There are different seasons of life. Embrace the season you are in!

I’m not one to look at the analytics. When I do it is to be certain there is fruit in what I feel God has me doing. Today, I saw 4715 plays for this podcast. That shows me that women are seeking HIS words and instructions for how to be Godly wives and ladies. As long as I have breath, I will praise the Lord and boast in Him only- a lion inside of these lungs.

We always hear about the Proverbs 31 virtuous wife and it IS excellent teaching. Did you know, you can use it for training your son too?

“out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks”. What are you speaking out? What does your heart say about you? This goes for your husband too..and you can help him!

I never could grasp why Jesus cursed the fig tree. I pray this SALTY makes you thirsty for more of Jesus red letter instructions. Faith is key!

Titus 2:3 gives instruction that we are to be HOMEMAKERS. I’ll expound on scriptures today to help you FORM your day and FILL it.

The enemies job is to kill, steal, and destroy. Kill your hopes, steal your joy, or destroy your marriage/ministry/call/desires. Don’t let him! I’m offering extra encouragement (and personal testimony) of how teachers need your help too.

There’s a particular and popular influencer that I run across at times. She is wordly and loudly telling women ‘your husband is an idiot’. This breaks my heart. Don’t let your ears itch!

Phil 4:11 teaches no matter our circumstances, to be content. Are you happy?? No, wait! Are you living a JOY-filled life? Staying connected to Jesus is the only way we can find contentment no matter our circumstances.

It’s Good Friday. Often a day seen for sadness , I see for hope, rejoicing, and rejuvenating!! Look at John 20:16 with me as Jesus calls “Mary!” She didn’t recognize Him prior, but knew His voice. Do your know the voice of Jesus when He is calling You to do something?

If you are a Christian woman and want to divorce your husband bc he is not the same man you married; you are not wanting a Biblical divorce. 🧂 SALTY Mark 3:5 Jesus was grieved bc the Pharisees tried to set him up. He was angry. I pray to share words with you that will help you too! In my BS I was grieving Jesus bc my heart was hardened towards my husband. I heard from the Holy Spirit through scriptures and changed! Repented!!

Starting these episodes that I have been desiring to do for some time! I pray they build you up…and they may step on toes as I’m talking about what God’s Word tells us about living as Godly women. My own BS may have been shortened if I had an older woman admonishing me. I pray those episodes help you! Titus 2:4 and John 1:1

I’ve been “off” recording for about 2 weeks now. I rested in the Lord, did research for the 3rd book, wrote rough draft lessons for our marriage class, and asked God how can I serve Him today? I refrained from social media activity and enjoyed the peace of it all.

I became fully aware of the importance to a quiet environment for my Mister when I was awakened from a deep nap. My mind was all off and I couldn’t focus. We can do that same thing to our husbands when they walk in the door! 1 Peter 5:8 tells us to be [well balanced] or the devil can devour us.

There is a BIG difference of being BUSY and living a fully blessed life. B.U.S.Y is Being. Under. Satans. Yoke…B.L.E.S.S.E.D is Being. Led. Eternally. Seeking (our).Savior. Every. Day. Which do you choose?
