I caught up with a personal radio hero of mine "The Late" Cathy Faulkner via phone last week to chat about how she's staying safe and sane out on an island during these crazy times, her journey through radio, embarrassing moments on air and all things Northwest rock n roll music. 

Loud and Local will be on a little hiatus while we are all staying home. I'll be doing the same! I'll be uploading a ton of podcasts, as I'm now hooked up with a home studio.
