After a brief hiatus, the boys are back! Jay, Troy and Chris discuss media day, the Knicks being 100% vaccinated and how crucial it is to have a full healthy roster heading into the year. The guys also divulge their top 3 things the Knicks need to do to take the team to the next level. Preseason is coming, keep suffering!

The boys return to discuss the renewed Hawks vs. Knicks rivalry now that Trae Young made an impromptu visit to MSG.
