Ohio Edison spokeswoman Lauren Siburkis told WMAN that most area residents in North Central Ohio should have their power back on by sometime on Thursday. Crews have been working long hours to clear trees from power lines to restore power. The UPS truck on Trimble and Marion Ave should be cleaned up by late afternoon and power in the area should be back around 6 pm.

Richland County EMA director Joe Petrycki confirms it was a Tornado that touched down in the southern portion of Richland County, which caused extensive damage. Richland County Engineer Adam Gove and his crew spent all day clearing roadways across the area with power lines and trees down across the region.
