We are tempted with worries. Worry works directly against faith. If you're not following Jesus’ advice to a worry free life – start following Jesus. If you have a prayer life you are less likely to worry.

April 30, 2023 pm. Nehemiah had a heart for the people and prayed. Prayer is a vital part of a believer's life. We should follow Nehemiah's example and pray to the Lord with our requests.

April 30, 2023. Easy to read the Bible, but hard to live it. What does being a member of the church entail? Peter’s struggle. The adventure of it all.

When you live for Christ you're living worthy of him. Boldness almost comes naturally when we give our lives to Christ. How do you respond to someone saying something offensive to you. God didn’t save us to make our lives a reaction.

April 23, 2023 pm. Herod and all Jerusalem were troubled at the birth of Christ. The wise men followed the light and were joyful. We are in dark times, but Jesus will lead us to joy.

April 23, 2023. We are the strangers in the camp. His people are not the people of the world. Our mission is not to change the world.

Jesus offers everything that men are looking for. Jesus is the origin, the source of the creation of God. God’s way is superior than man’s ways in every single way. What the world has to offer is temporarily sweet, a counterfit to what God has to offer .

April 16, 2023. Paul prayed for others. Pray in the Spirit. Pray for an open door.

We are God's possession. The people of God were never a nation or ethnic group. The Lord addresses the nation but the talk is singular. There’s only one way – each individual has to make a decision by faith.

April 12, 2023. The Faith and the Holy Spirit can wane in life. The change in focus in II Timothy. Concern for the younger generation. Living a holy life.

April 9, 2023 pm. Christian doctrines 101. Laying on of hands is coupled with prayer. Requires connection with others.

April 9, 2023. The many fears of dying. The evidence for the soul of man. The witnesses of the Resurrection.

King Manasseh of Judah did evil things in his lifetime. There was total confusion in the southeast corner of Jerusalem. If we give up our power to decide towards God we may end up as slaves. Manasseh never wanted to forsake any options. He hoarded them all.

We need to be reminded to keep a heavenly perspective. What we see with our natural eyes can bring us down. I would rather be tested than destroyed. We need to be aware of the culture to reach the people of the culture.

April 2, 2023. The upright people. Jesus can know us face to face. His everlasting arms will hold us up.

God dwells in the hearts of people. Church is a greater temple than Solomon’s or Herod’s temple. If you don’t worship God, you worship something else. Never outgrow giving God glory.

God has given each of us a fire in our heart. What helped us realize we were sinners was the Holy Spirit. The Godhead works together so we have a relationship with them. Let the Holy Spirit influence the hardships of this life.

March 26, 2023. The healing of the lame man. Peter and John were put in prison. They turned to the Lord for the filling of the Holy Spirit after their successes.

Agur is the name of a wise man. The Proverb covers, love, politics, health, wealth and God. We need to become humble as little children. The path forward is humility and faith in God’s Word

Fallow is ground that hasn’t been tilled for planting. There’s going to be rewards in heaven based on what you did on earth. The days around us are evil, don’t waste your time. Stir your mind and do a self- examination.

March 19, 2023 pm. Get the flame burning bright again. Stir it up by being filled with the Holy Spirit. The fire will go out if it is not stirred up.

Parables that work like Allegories. A Place of being Lost. The Wilderness, the Dark Corners of the House and a Pigsty. We have to hit the bottom to come to the Third Panel. We must admit that we are empty without Christ.

March 15, 2023. The Nineveh revival. Jonah flees from God’s presence. God hears Jonah’s prayer from the darkest place. God still works with us even though we are flawed.

March 12 pm, 2023. Our enemies will turn back when we cry out to the Lord. We all have struggles. A mother’s prayer.

March 12, 2023. Jesus is the bread of life. The essential metaphors. We need the connection to the vine. Being filled with the Holy Spirit.
