World MS Day, talking about MS day and things I'm doing to stay positive and just having a general chat.

Talking about MS causing so many issues with your head and thoughts as well as another update with the lions mane mushroom supplements. Also talking about things im doing since having to leave work.

I discuss what issues I'm having now, some are new and talk about how I'm dealing with them. Discussing our house decorating, Lions Mane mushroom tablets I'm taking to help memory issues and a very quick mention about the whole cost of living issues.

after a couple of weeks without recording I've realised why... this was such a fun episode to record. time for me to get my confidence back and get back to being me!.

I had my appointment with the Neurologist where he has explained my lumbar puncture results and let me see my MRI pictures. Also I've had the call I've been desperately waiting for from my MS nurse.

My new poem and straight honest talk, explaining how im feeling in the most open way I can. Im struggling but im still fighting. This may be a tough listen for some because I am quite passionate about, how I feel im not being helped currently by medical professionals and it feels like I'm being left to get worse all because they need to tick boxes rather than give me the help and treatment that's...

Update on myself, its not been a good week, lots of pains and a trip to the doctors. Also talking about what I'm doing to keep going as well as a massive thank you to people for all their support.
