As a 10 year old working on tobacco fields in North Carolina, Adolphus found himself thrusted into his first leadership role - securing higher wages for he and his fellow workers. Through the challenges of West Point, the Army, and his civilian career, Adolphus learned from some of the greats, who showed him how to lead while staying true to yourself.

Blake has always found credibility to be at the core of leadership, whether in the lifeguard station, deployed with scouts, or now as the CEO of a tech unicorn. Curiosity led Steve down an unusual path - rock swimming, serving in Africa, advising at The White House, among many other adventures. It was after all these experiences when Steve connected the dots and saw where he was being led all along. Today, as a board member for VetJobs, Steve continues one of his missions, helping Service Members transition to the next phase of their life.

Throughout his life and career, Greg developed a habit of resilience and a never-give-up attitude. In 2007, he was injured while deployed to Iraq, costing him both of his legs above the knee. Dave rode the bench in high school football until a new head coach took over. This coach not only saw Dave's potential as the starting linebacker, but as a team captain and leader. #43 would go on to lead in the military and eventually as the CEO of one of the world's largest investment firms, helping others find their potential, like many did for him.

Singled out to be her high school's yearbook editor in New York City, Patrice would later head to West Point, where she learned the impact of giving people second chances.
