Lack of desperation can make us insensitive to channels for that change we seek. Desperation is wrong as long as it is towards God. You can't want a change from the Lord and you show no zeal or readiness. I strongly believe that to the degree we are desperate is to the degree we reach and take hold of that which we seek from the Lord.

Your faith is your defence. Every attack by the devil is to weak your faith. Once fear is interjected the enemy can have his way. You aren't vulnerable until you let in fear. The devil cannot touch you as long as your shield is on. Daily feed your faith by letting the word of Christ influence you.

The posture of our hearts towards giving is very vital. We must train our hearts in generosity. Generosity won't withhold even when it could. Sacrificial giving is as scriptural as any other truth we hold on to and as believers we must equally train our hearts towards it too.

That the world don't acknowledge God in their welfare don't mean as a child of God you should tow the same line. When we don't acknowledge God as the Source of what we have, serving His cause with what we have will become a great challenge. Selfishness has never served the purpose of God. The Lord assists greatly His work. Without the Lord the fruit of the work will be scarcely seen. There isn't much we'd do with Him assisting us, joining forces with us so as to see His agenda materialize here on earth. As we go forth preaching the gospel let us keep this in mind that we have sunergeo. We have a joint force with the Lord. We have help from Him. We have assistance from Him.

Jesus showed us was true zeal will produce. It will seek to keep the sanity and sanctity of God's house. The purpose of the church shouldn't be abused because we kept mute over certain anomalies. The church is the pillar and ground of truth. We must be passionate about this purpose and channel our zeal rightly to maintaining it.

In Christ we see the boundless love of God. His extravagant grace. His hyper grace. The sweet sound of His grace demonstrated in His Son when He took the place of the unrighteous. He was without sin yet condemned as a sinner. He was faultless but judged like the guilty. He bore our sins and shame so we stand justified. Amazing grace right? Yes, and you must love the sound

We can be stuck at a point going in the wrong direction until we are divinely redirected. One thing is being redirected, another is being sensitive to it and making the move. Progress is a step in the right direction. You may be moving forward in the wrong direction and that's not progress. Progress is moving in the direction God has shown you.

Desperation isn't totally a negative slant when faith is the posture. When it is focused on the power of God for a change in our lives. It helps our sensitive to God's channel for that change and also gives us the resoluteness. How Desperate you are for the power of God would be seen in you not giving up despite the voices of discouragement around you.

God's presence isn't at variance with His presence. Many times because we want the spectacular we miss the very presence of God. God's voice isn't in contest with His nature. God doesn't speak differently from who His is. He is peace and His voice carried the very presence of peace.

When our hearts are in the service we give towards the cause of Christ it gladdens the heart. There's no restraint when our hearts are in the purpose of God. Sounds of joy abound where loyal hearts serve because there's willingness and absolute commitment.

In Jesus we can know and see fully what God can do. God is predictable. He hides Himself in light. Which means beyond not having any shadow of turning, what He can do and not do is equally evident. He is a good God in all His ways.

We can't treat the sacrifice of Jesus like a thing to be discarded. The blood that bought us is precious and we must give attention to the cause that follows that sacrifice with absolute devotion and focus. To live for ourselves knowing fully what was done for us shows we haven't made the cause of Christ our priority. Every single inclination of ours will reveal if we truly living for Christ or ou...

The validation of ones ministry is the preaching of the gospel of Christ in all purity. Miracles don't validate a man's work. Miracles should follow a man's work but the message of Christ is the ministry given. No matter how many miracles one records if the testimony of Jesus is absent he isn't serving the Lord. Preaching Christ is indeed true service.

It's given to us to walk in the Spirit. The arm of flesh will not do for us what only the Spirit can do. We must learn to lean on the Spirit in all things.

We must devote ourselves to the well being of those given over us. Like Peter counseled we must go about it willingly. When the work is approached willingly consecrations aren't forced upon us. We devote ourselves to the work and to the people. The heart of a leader will be seen in his devotion to the work over those given to him.

Soul winning is primary for the local church and for us as believers individually. The lost are loved by the Lord hence our response to the gospel must be seen in our reaching men with this same gospel.

The leader must not only show the way by teaching but by examples. His life also should reflect the truth he teaches. It is the way of Christ and His apostles and should be our way.

Circumstances may change even as we have believed something would take a particular. This doesn't in any way regulate the power of God. Circumstances do not regulate the power of God. Faith does. If we must experience the power of God on a constant level then our faith in His word must be unshaken.

The presence of God in us is the glory of God in us. It is our sanctification. The presence of God is manifest in the believer and manifest through the believer. Our sanctification in conduct is simply because of our sanctification by nature. We are the sanctified ones because of His glory in us

We can't jettison the most important things as concerning the faith. As long as the faith is concerned there are things that are of more importance. It doesn't mean others are discarded. Don't let the things surrounding you negatively give you a name. Let your status not be found in your circumstances. Christ is your status. He has given you an identity. That identity regulates your life and you must daily live in the light of it.

The center of our lives will determine our priorities. What we hold so dear in our hearts will determine what we are ready to la down our lives for. The call is to bring us out from everything that'd distract us from the eternal purpose so we can run our races undistracted. In this Christ must be our sentiment. He must be the center of it all.

The man in Christ is much more. People should become better when they encounter us. Christianity is supernatural hence this experience should be accounted for by those who encounter us. We must also align our minds to this reality. We are much more simply because we have the Spirit mightily at work in us.

The life of Jesus is the blueprint of the believer. The life we ought to live has already been lived by Jesus. Ours is simply to act out the script.
