This week we are taking time to pray for the burdens that we carry and the burdens others carry.

Compassion Fatigue Unrelieved burdens are like swimming in the ocean with an anchor tied to your feet We’re destined to drown because we can’t carry that kind of weight. It also doesn’t mean we weren’t meant to BE burdened. We just don’t always know what to do with them. Nehemiah gives us critical insight into what we do with burdens.

This week we are going back to the basics of High Five prayer.
