Many of us battle with serving our self before God. Andy encouraged us to remain faithful in serving the Lord, and to focus on the attitude of our hearts before we focus on our acts of service.

Chris reminded us about our speech and the power of our words. Our words can be amusing to some, but damaging to others but a healthy heart speaks health into others.

Ps Graham interviewed our founding Pastor, Ps Hal Oxley for our 60th Anniversary! It was an honour to listen to Ps Hal and to hear stories of how God moved in his life and began Life Ministry Centre.

Pastor Graham continued his 'Building Strong Foundations' series, with this powerful and encouraging message on 'Family'.

Luke spoke on Psalm 119:105 and encouraged us to use the lamp God has given us to light our path. Though we may not see what’s up ahead, be encouraged that there is so much to gain in the journey!

For many of us, we encounter the problem that ‘we do not listen to understand, we listen to respond.’ Chris discusses what affects our ability to listen and how we can learn to listen to God through stillness, patience and humility.

Joshua and Israelites had to cross the Jordan River to enter the Promised Land. Steph encouraged us to prepare to do the same. We can step into God’s promises and combat the enemy by getting into the Word of God!

Trusting in God isn’t always easy, in fact it can be a hard thing! Dave encouraged us to cheer up when things don’t go our way and to get up and persevere in obeying God’s voice.

Sergio encouraged us at our Healing Service with a message of freedom. Your freedom, genuine peace, true identity, purpose, calling and inheritance - anything that you ever wanted and more can only be found in Jesus. Be blessed and walk in the freedom that has already been purchased for you!

It was a pleasure to have Mark Hodgetts with us again! The Church is God’s invention, gathering together is what God wants us to do. Mark took us deep into the scripture and looked at 5 reasons why we gather as a church - Adoration, Supplication, Harmonisation, Non-Discrimination and Consideration.

Just as babies need an exclusively milk diet when they're born, so do we when we first become a Christian! But as we grow, we need to get into the solid food - the meat. Pastor Andy encouraged us to constantly be on the hunt for solid food in the Word of God, both through Church and in our own personal study times.

Our spirit battles against our flesh - we must watch out because the flesh within us desires to be recognised. Matt offers us some key thoughts on how we can be Spirit focused and not flesh focused as we serve God and live life with Him.

Often our worldview can be shaped by the negative things people have said about us. When we come to God, we need to have our worldview reshaped. David encouraged us with Romans 8:28, God is with us and is doing a good work in us!

Nic is back from maternity leave, and it’s fitting that she spoke on becoming childlike! It doesn’t matter how old we get, we are always children of God. Nic encouraged us to come to these three childlike attributes in our relationship with God: trust, determination, persistence and innocence.

The Holy Spirit is at work within us to bring about His kingdom and purpose on earth. In part 3 of the Gifts of the Spirit, Chris gave extra detail to the gifts of Prophecy, Miracles, Healing, Faith, Wisdom, Knowledge and Discerning of spirits.

It’s okay to struggle! But what do you when you’re tank is empty? We need to find the Lord’s petrol station. Hamish gave us 4 clear points on how to get back on track and refresh in God after break down.

If the devil can’t make you bad, he’ll make you busy.. or he’ll make you quiet. Dave encouraged us to take back our voices and use them for the right reasons; not for anger but for wisdom and direction to those who are lost.

Before Jesus left the earth, he promised us the Holy Spirit - the Spirit that enables us to achieve what God calls us to. Chris teaches specifically on speaking on tongues and its purpose for the individual and for the congregation.

Being a dad is a tough job! There's no apprenticeship, you're just thrown into the deep end! But God in His kindness has filled us with His Spirit - our helper and comforter - to assist dads in leaving a Godly legacy for our children.

Sometimes we find ourselves running on empty. How do we get there? And how do we remain rejuvenated and refreshed? Andy gives us some clear points on how to stay fresh in life and in our faith!

We are soldiers in the battle against the enemy. The enemy loves to work underground in hidden tunnels, it’s his strategy of war. What diversions have we allowed the enemy? When we understand the tactics of the enemy, the easier it is to recognise and defeat him.

Ephesians 6 reminds us to put on the whole armour of God. We are at war with the enemy. In order to fight well we must know who our enemy is and know his limitations. And remember - we stand from a place of victory!

If we walk without the Spirit, we walk without power. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are for everyone! Chris brings understanding to 1 Corinthians 12 and encourages us to seek and desire the gifts of the Spirit.

Faith is one of the ingredients of Building a Strong Foundation. Faith and works go together like breathing in and out - faith without works is dead. Graham unpacks James 2:14-26 and encourages us to have a dynamic faith!
