This text today gives us a beautiful discourse on how to submit our life to God, Resist the tactics of the enemy, and when we draw near to God, he will in turn draw near to us. James 4 talks about how our pride can craft our desires and can be extremely destructive in our life.  Our thoughts matter to us, to others, and to God.  They can cause us to create friendship with the world instead of with God. Yet, with humility, God embraces us with a GREATER grace!!

Proverbs 22:6 gives a pretty clear picture of what God expects us to do with our kids, especially when applied through the rest of God’s Word.  Today, Pastor Nate discusses how to PREP your kids for life, and LAUNCH them after high school graduation, Psalm 137:3-5.  The World has been attempting to steal our kids for decades, and the question is, have we surrendered our kids to the world?
