Directed by Richard Linklater, who is the only one who could have made this right. He let Jack Black free on the screen, giving him so much command and control. This is peak Jack Black. Great movie, with some great comedy; and some good lessons learned! Rock solid concert at the the end too.

One of the best, if not THE best buddy cop movie out there; not to mention the franchise that followed it. Lethal Weapon 5 is being made as we speak, so this film clearly resonated with a lot of people. Being the first of its kind in blending comedy, drama, and action all into one tight package. I will always love the Lethal Weapon series.
