Michelle is a mom of 4, works full time and is beyond exhausted!  Her biggest piece of advice is that YOU matter and YOU need to take care of YOU because frankly, no one else is going to do it!  She says that mom's post-baby health is often overlooked and we need to do a better job of advocating for ourselves.
