Let Your Journey Begin

It's easy to become obsessed with numbers!  How many 'likes' on Facebook or even money in the bank.  We need to trust God, stop counting the numbers and do the work He has called us to do!   

Grief is very much a human emotion.  We all experience grief.  But God does not want you to remain in mourning but to become all He is calling you to be and do all that He is calling you to do.  

If you have ever felt trapped with no escape and the problems of life seem to overwhelm you, remember the promises of The Lord! Be still and stand firm in your faith. 

We can learn how to draw close to God from the life of Jesus.  Notice how He made time to be alone to pray. 

How do we persevere these hard times in life? There are many answers to this question within God's Word. 

So many of my friends are suffering with the loss of their beloved pets.  Do not be dismayed!  I'm convinced there is a 'Rainbow Bridge' and they will be waiting to see you! 

It is life changing to have a renewed mind in Christ. Ask Jesus to help you renew your mind so that you can live life in abundance! 

We will never stand united to face the immorality in the world until we realize that we are all one body in Christ!

Having visited the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove, I came away wishing I could live in such a quiet and peaceful place.  But, Jesus calls us to go into the world.  We are to shine His light into the chaos, distrust and destruction.  He will be with us and bring peace into our hearts no matter where we live. 

How can we ever repay The Lord for everything He has done for us? Impossible! But what we can do is follow Him! Be His light in this dark world! Go out and spread the good news of His peace and joy! 

Who are the saints? Those who repent of their sins, love and follow Christ accepting Him as their savior and master!  Yes, my friend, you are one of the saints! 

Too many of us have spent numerous hours trying to save, rescue or change someone else.  It's time to turn them over to the Lord! That battle belong to Him! 

Sometimes God will create a life event that forces us to change jobs or even a relationship.  Never lose hope or faith in God's perfect will for your life. 

We all know how easy it is to fall into sin.  We must learn to forgive others as Christ our Lord forgives us. 

There will be many people to deceive you in these last days.  Stay in the Word of God so that you may know the truth!

No matter what we have done in our lives, The Lord forgives us when we come before Him and repent of our sins.  He is a loving God and seeks to bring us His peace.  

I have found that I cannot save, rescue or change anyone. But, I can give them up to Jesus! We can love and care for them but some folks need a spiritual intervention. Give them up to The Lord. 

Even though Jesus knew He would be betrayed, beaten and hung on a cross to die, He gave thanks at the Passover Meal.  Can we also give thanks knowing we may have trouble in our lives? 

We have felt the presence of God in our lives and yet we often fall into doubt and disbelieve.  May God strengthen our hearts and revive our faith in this day and the days to come. 

Be encouraged that our Lord will fight our battles when we keep our faith and believe His Word!  Praise Him through the pain and never lose hope!

Jesus didn't follow all of the traditions set by the religious leaders. He taught to follow the rules set by God.

When we study the character of Jesus we find He was willing to help others and offer encouragement to those who were downtrodden.  In order to become more like Him, we must find ways to put those characteristics in our own lives.  

The Lord provides for us in ways we may never even realize. May we go through each day in awareness of His goodness and loving compassion. He is our great provider. 

Jesus will give you the strength and wisdom to share His good news! When prompted by the Holy Spirit, be bold to share Christ's great love! 

Our healthcare workers are exhausted and weary from fighting this Covid-19.  Pray for them and remind them how critical they are in God's master plan!
