Let Your Journey Begin

The beautiful story of the disciples going back to their old fishing profession after Jesus had been resurrected has powerful lessons for each of us. Do you love Him more than your work, career or profession?

We must be forever vigilant to Satan's schemes to defeat our purpose on earth. Pray against any darkness, strongholds, witchcraft and demonic forces that come against you or your family! Bu do not be afraid for Satan will be defeated in the end! Our Lord Christ reigns!

If you want to hear from God, get into His Word! I know He speaks through nature, friends, sermons and even podcasts. But when you get into His written Word , He will speak to your heart! The Bible is not about God. It is from God directly to YOU!

There are millions who believe in Jesus in their heads, but do not follow Him with their hearts. When He returns, will He find faith? Where is your faith? Today is the day to submit to Him as your Lord and Savior! You are forgiven! His grace is limitless. May He find you faithful when He returns,

What if today was your last day? Live each and everyday as if it were your last! Praise God for all His blessings! Praise Him for your health, home, friends, family and work! Give thanks in all circumstances for it is God's will for you in Christ Jesus!

Live each day joyfully for all God has given you! Be grateful for all that you have in your life right now! In an instant, it can be taken away. Don't miss the wonderful life you have right now!

There are times when we don't 'feel' God but by His promises He will with us and will never leave us!

God has not forsaken you! Wait on The Lord! His timing is perfect!

God is true to His Word! He has given you His Holy Spirit to guide every decision in your life!

Abram had such faith in God that he packed up his family and all his belongings and headed into a land he did not know! And yet fear caused him to lie to Pharaoh about his wife. Stand firm in your faith,. Do not be afraid. God will protect and keep you and will never break His promises to you.

We catch Abraham once more being fearful and not trusting God to protect him and his wife! He lied once again this time to a king about Sarah being his sister. The king had no clue so God protected the king and did not punish him. If you find yourself in a terrible situation and you are blameless, your God will also protect you.

We have many opportunities to make decisions in life . Sometimes our decisions not only affect us but also other people. Be careful of greed. Always consider how your decision may affect someone else.

We live in a 'microwave' society expecting everything to be done for us at once! God's timing is so different from our timing! You have been given the gift of patience! Wait on The Lord! He will be right on time!

Just as God listened to Abraham, God is listening to you. Get into His Word and stand on His promises! He hears you and will not break His promise to you!

There will be times in your life when people come against you. Pray for them as much as you pray for the people who support you. The Lord sees everything that is going on in your life. Show people your faith in His Will and in His Word in good times and in hard times.

If you've ever lost a pet, you know the pain and loss of a great love. But God is faithful and in His wisdom turns all things to your good. Just as He promised!

You will know it is The Lord's voice when His direction follows Biblical teachings! He will lead you into compassion, peace and truth!

With all of the temptations in life, pray for God's direction and wait on The Lord for His answer.

No earthly possessions or relationships can replace the joy of knowing God in your heart!

When there is trouble all around and you feel heaven is silent, never stop praying. Your God is faithful and hears your prayers!

So many sermons and podcasts focus on our needs and wants. The content too often focuses on our purpose. And, while all that is good, what about God? Don't lose your focus in this world. All that matters is Him.

One day, we will see the majesty of God and the glory of His kingdom. We will then realize the privilege of praying to our creator and King. That privilege was granted to us by the sacrifice of His dear Son. Never take for granted the grace that has been given to you.

God has always loved His people even when they turned from Him and followed their evil ways. His love for us is profound. His grace and mercy continue to pour out in our lives. Forgive us Lord for following the culture of the world. Return us to Your grace. Thank you for your unfailing love.

We live in a microwave society expecting everything at once. The Bible tells us that with The Lord one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years is as one day. Lord, increase our faith to trust in Your perfect will for our lives. Teach us to wait believing that the scriptures are true.

Just as King Josiah did what was right in the eyes of The Lord, we too much take a stand against evil. You have been called to make a difference in this world! You are appointed to be His light in the darkness! Stand firm when God calls.
