Good Question. Many opinions on this, but the Bible has a specific answer; there's something for you here, too.

Little is more important than the controversy that Jesus had with the Pharisees over the Sabbath. It is one of the things that led to His Crucifixion (i.e., His murder). I include basic information about the New Testament views on the Sabbath as well, which are actually quite important.

God reveals Himself to those who come to Jesus Christ; Jesus offers rest for your soul when you come to Him.

When we make excuses for rejecting the truth, things happen--Bad things, not necessarily now, but at Judgment Day.

John the Baptist was the final Old Testament prophet, and the transition person between Jesus Christ and the Old Testament. Matthew 11 gives Jesus' assessment of John's ministry, and discusses John's contributions.

Matthew 9:36-10:42; This episode discusses the ministry to which Jesus may call you. I hope He does. Jesus appoints His apostles, what that means to you and me.

Jesus once again reveals His power to minister to helpless, broken people, and the reality that He could not fail.

Jesus discusses His plan to provide a New Way of Life for all who believe in Him, and that it's impossible to fit that plan into the Old Testament and Judaism. 

Jesus Christ is God manifest in the Flesh. He proves this by healing body and soul. His power is not limited to the past. He is alive and able today to perform all that He did millennia ago.

Suggestions for creating the right conditions for revival (on the human side) in your circle of friends, church, community.

Matthew 8:23 Asks this question, and Matt. 8 as a whole directs us to who Jesus Is. Why is this important? Because of who Jesus is, and what He can do.  Sorry to say, but my voice continues to give me difficulty, as it has since I had COVID last year.
