Episode #4: Anyone in the business realm will tell you that they have a ‘business plan’ and/or model they follow. From Lesson Plans to School Improvement Plans, those terms in education circles are generally viewed as taboo. Matt counters that notion and provides reflection on how mapping out where you plan on going improves instructional delivery and school leadership.
