Things you need to know about this week's show: Vincent is currently somewhere off the coast of Alaska. Quinno ate mac & cheese last week. And John has discovered Pickleball. Hard to pick a winner, really.

Vincent had a trip to Alaska on his mind as the boys discussed roasted bone marrow, dining earlier rather than later, the impact of COVID, and a pretty tasteless THC drink. It was fun stuff. The show, not the drink.

Vincent recalls his paella and how he will make it better. John is standing by to help. Quinno is standing by to eat. Usual roles. And remember, you cannot just follow the recipe. Good life advice.

Things you should know: Restaurant kitchens are not as hot as they used to be. There is such a thing as oyster ice cream. And if you're going to charge $16 for a pre-mixed cocktail, at least shake the damn thing!

The culinary wisdom flowed freely this week: Tapas is interesting looking food. Add rosso vermouth as you cook your lasagna meat. And ice cream is a powerful bargaining tool. Just ask Vincent.

John's on his way back from Barcelona, via a pit stop in Co. Fermanagh. Luckily, the boys recorded a show before he left and, despite the confusing timeline, it's very tasty stuff. And Happy Bastille Day!!

Ahead of John's trip to Barcelona, Vincent offered up a few tourist tips. A Frenchman telling an Irishman what to do in Spain. What could possibly go wrong?

There was a very strong Spanish flavor in this week's show. John paid attention to the recipe of the week, Quinno promoted Australian cheese and Vincent wants more Freedom for cheese.

Things we learned on this week's show: Wild rice is not really rice. The larger the menu, the larger the freezer. And Taylor Swift likes French food. Doesn't everyone?

Le Grand Fromage hit the road this week and landed in Alexandria, Minnesota and La Ferme. Quinno loved the lamb, John loved the scallops and Vincent loved being back in a small town restaurant. Everybody wins.

John loves pork chops with the bone in. Quinno smelled bacon in the hallway. And Vincent bought an Argentinian Malbec. What's the world coming to?

Instead of a written witty summary of the show, we will let Vincent himself explain what is going on this week. C'est le vie!

We learned a lot this week. Vincent used to cook on a cruise ship. John's grill was damaged by friendly fire. And Quinno could've been part of the royal family. It's a long story.

John had a lamb curry in Birmingham. Quinno has a degustation menu in Chicago. Vincent had a bacon sandwich in Minneapolis. Everyone's a winner!

The boys were joined by Vincent's business partner, Matt Monroe from Restore Restaurant Holdings. At last, we got the true inside story about their recent trip to Paris!

There were some profound discoveries on this week's show: Chefs are not artists. Wholewheat pasta is heresy. And cheeseburger flavored potato chips are a thing. Seriously.

Vincent had a fantastic time in Paris. John had a fantastic time in Toronto. Quinno had a fantastic time hearing about Vincent and John having a fantastic time.

Vincent is in Paris, but Le Grand Fromage is definitely not on strike. This week's show has all the elements of a classic LGF episode, but with added Frenchness!

John was in full recovery mode. Quinno had pot-stickers in Lakeville. And Vincent was headed off to Paris. Vincent won. No contest.

On the special St. Patrick's Day show, John was tired from a long journey. Quinno had disappointing calamari. And Vincent would've been an angry plumber. Angry anything, really.

Vincent had to wash dishes. John made an Irish curry. And Quinno could eat a bucket of lamb cutlets. He's not alone.

The boys were joined by special guest, chef Matthew Jensen from La Ferme in Alexandria MN. Matthew used to work for Vincent, and he had some rather tasty stories to tell! Fun stuff.
