Fr. Williams is a priest of the Diocese of Jackson, MS and Rector of the Basilica of Saint Mary in Natchez, Mississippi. He holds a Masters in Divinity from Notre Dame Seminary and a Masters in Liturgical Studies from the Liturgical Institute.
