Since both a "fine-tuned" appearance of the universe and the Copenhagen interpretation of Quantum Mechanics with its need for an outside observer (even to the universe) both point to a God/Designer, they are rejected in favor of a multiverse and the Many Worlds interpretation of QM. Both point to a God/Designer and both are rejected because they do so.
