Moving along in this series. On to part 7 where we tackle food plots! Take a listen! This one is on a 49 acre parcel we just listed in Stark County.  Really cool property with a private lake, some timber, and crp.  About 45 minutes from Peoria.  Hope you enjoy! I dont think this property will be on the market too long! One thing I forgot to mention in the Podcast is that the CRP pays around 5k annually!

This is a first for the podcast.  Its something that we do internally every quarter or so…we take a look at recent sales and determine if we should modify any values we are placing on different types of land…timber, water, tillable.  Over the last few years, we have held pretty stable but recent sales have indicated that we need to raise some values…specifically timber and water....
