Today we talk about something that many people are doing right now. There is a right way and a wrong way to do this stuff people, you have to focus on the steps to decided if it is a "deal" or not. You also have to have the right team together and know the steps needed. 

Last night I was reminded of how short our time is on earth, you can't let your FEARS today dictate your goals for your life. Take action folks, it is the key to a life well lived.
