This Sunday remembers and celebrates the consecration of the first African American female bishop in the UMC by inviting the voices Black women to speak to us today. We have the privilege of hearing a sermon from Rev. Latricia Scriven, pastor of New Life UMC in Tallahassee and Director of the Wesley Foundation at FAMU.

You Will Find Rest Matthew 11:20-30 If there is one word that sums up life right now, it just might be "exhausting".  There is so much pain, anger, and division.  The same could be said of the world in which Jesus lived.  To that world, he offered rest, and the offer still stands for us today.
