With coaches getting fired mere years after legitimate success, Anthony couldn't help but wonder about how easy it is to fire a coach and how apparently difficult it is to fire the people who put the rosters together.

After talking about the role ownership plays in coaches getting fired as quickly as they are nowadays, the guys talk about the inverse dynamic between stars and coaches.

PART THREE: Anthony and Aaron wrap up the conversation with some thoughts on this year's award voting, and how the NBA can mitigate against bad faith voters by opening up voting opportunities to more people.

Anthony can't help but wonder why coaches get shuffled like crazy but front office execs get so many more chances.
