After running through the injuries that have kept some key players out of the first couple days of camp, Anthony reports on who he's hearing has the inside track on starting on opening night.

Anthony somehow missed a key detail about Smart yesterday, so he reacts to it today. Doesn't seem great. Ethan Strauss reported on his Substack that some around the league are concerned Adam Silver has a specific outcome to this investigation of the Clippers in mind as he heads into it. Anthony has heard some of the same and pointed to previous iffy investigations as proof of why the concern is well-founded. From there, he answers questions from every mailbag.

Anthony was incredibly impressed by what he heard and saw from Lakers media day. He discusses the tone LeBron and Luka set and the continuation of that tone from the rest of the guys. Then, he details some new allegations against the Clippers that continue to make them look worse with each new podcast from Pablo Torre.

The Lakers came into media with a couple notable storylines that needed to be addressed and Anthony and Harrison both think they did so with flying colors. LeBron sounds bought in. Luka is ready to lead. Good stuff. Also, the Clippers gave us more reason to laugh at them, which is always fun.
