This is the last message at Luthern High North. When we look back at 10 years of being portable, so many memories come to mind. So far... we've seen the Lord work in powerful ways, yet through it all, we confidently can say, the best is yet to come.

It’s so easy for so many things to be the center of our lives… and we have all fallen trap to comfort and convenience is one of those things in the center. How can we be generous with our lives when there are​ so many things that demand our time, energy, and effort? No matter where today finds you, you are not alone!

Have you ever felt defeated…? When each new day brings one slip up after another, we can begin to feel overwhelmingly helpless. Before we know it, a sence of hopelessness can begin to approach around the dark corners of our lives. Heavy hearts, regardless of our yesterdays… today is a new day.

Our children can bring our lives joy, but what do we do when their actions are causing us hardship and pain? Heavy hearts… you are NOT alone!

Parenting is one of the most difficult jobs we could ever have; however, why is this the case? Regardless if you are a parent or not, we all have a role to play in helping lead the current generation and the generations to come. Heavy hearts, regardless of our yesterdays… today is a new day.

A great marriage doesn’t happen by accident. It requires care and regular maintenance. But sometimes we don’t want to make the effort. As long as it’s not broken, do we really need to talk about it?

At the end of the day, God is greater than we can imagine… and He pursues us in ways beyond our own ability or understanding. Looking at a strange conversation from Numbers 22:18-35, join us today as we look at the Lord’s pursuit of a man named Balaam. No matter who you are… or where you are… you are NOT a lost cause. The moment that you no longer read the Book of Jonah and see Jonah, that’s the moment when the Book of Jonah can become even more impactful than​ before. At the end of the day, the Book of Jonah is not just about a man named Jonah… it’s about us and our Creator, Savior, and Sustainer. We each are called to live in obedience… where is the Lord calling you to step out in surrender? You are NOT alone...
