Tuesday, a guy was arrested at the Valley View Mall, after trying to steal some vehicles, while people were in them. Video also showed the mall cop not totally excited about going to stop him (who could blame the guy). Some texted in a conceal carry would have ended the incident. Rick begged to differ.
