A man shot a guy and stole his e-bike in North Philly. It happened around 3 a.m. at 26th Street and Indiana Avenue. Police say the gunman shot a 50-year-old man in the face and took off on his e-bike. However, he didn't get far because the bike had a flat tire. A 17-year-old was stabbed during a fight at a party in Logan late Monday night. Police found the boy around 11:30 p.m. near 15th Street and Wyoming Avenue.
