This week I focus on planning a vacation with friends. I plan to walk you all through it as I planned this trip. It’s going to be a lot of fun and quite challenging as all three of us are completely blind, and we will have no sighted person with us, but we are willing to overcome our fears. I talked about where I am going, and I can’t wait to take you all through the planning process!

In this episode, I talk about what I got my mom for Mother’s Day. My brothers birthday is this weekend, and we are also preparing for his party.

This week I was getting back into a routine after having 12 days off.

Our flight was canceled, but we had an accidental staycation instead.

I thought I would record the final days before our trip. I had outings with friends and a doctors appointment, and I also show you all what I packed.

We had a power outage this week, and now I have 12 days off of work, and I am very excited!

Since I was exposed again and had to be out of work last week, I was playing catch-up this week. It was a busy week, and I’m happy that next week I won’t be as busy.

This week I still had to quarantine due to being exposed, so I am just making the best of it although I’m not too happy about it.

I was exposed to Covid once again. The person who exposed me was out of the country. I have to work from home next week, but I’m making the best of it.

I had a very chaotic day at work yesterday, and I talk all about it.

I was going to include this with the rest of the week, but the one segment alone was very long. So I chose not to. In this episode, I will be packing for my vacation. I am pretty much all packed. I would just have to include some little things.

This week I had a very productive day in the office. I made all of the phone calls I needed to make. I feel really good about that. I also went to the Olive Garden with my friend and I had a nice time.

I had a lot going on this week between Valentine’s Day getting a new washing machine and a last minute outing with a friend.

I had my doctors appointment this week and it went well. I was going to add Saturday – but decided not to. I also will be showing a new duffel bag that I got.

I am going to have a lot going on this month. I will be seeing friends every weekend. I cannot wait.

I had a bad cold that I’m still getting over. My head and everything we’re all stuffed up. I think I caught it when we were away last week given the timing of everything. In this episode, I break down how I felt each day.

I went on my birthday trip and I talk all about that.

I am going away to South Carolina in April, and I’m very excited. I was working on all of the details of this trip for hours yesterday.

This week my mom and I did a good deed for one of my friends.

In this episode, I talk about some New Year’s goals. There’s one that I’m not quite ready to talk about just yet until I have success with it but I will eventually and hope to talk about it within the next few months. I also went out to lunch with one of my former braille teachers, who I haven’t seen in like forever. It was hard to go back to work after having two weeks off.

I cannot believe this is the last week of the year! I remember when we were bringing in this year.

I am officially done working until next year. I also talk about how I found out. There’s no Santa Claus. I enjoy telling that story and it will always stand out to me.

Today we had several frustrations with para transit. This is why traveling a week before Christmas is a nightmare.

In this episode, I am putting together Christmas presents. I also had a fairly easy week at work.
