However, most conversations are spent talking and reflecting on the "other" party or the responsible party for the disarray. The 4 Opinions breaks down the Self-Love Movement and our opinions on what it should actually be to obtain healthy results.

Traditionally, in relationships women are always gifted feminine gifts... like flowers, perfume etc. In a social media experiment, women decided to give men flowers and the reactions were unexpected to most and challenged from both sides. Has it became the norm to give me roses while in a romantic relationship and if so , how did the times change.
