The conversation was so terrific, why stop? Following the Free Agency Biznus episode, Ricky and Edgar trekked forward and ran a mock draft with the new positioning of Carolina Panthers draft picks, in attempt to gauge what the team possibly could do come late April.

The Carolina Panthers held introductory press conferences for new head coach Dave Canales and newly appointed general manager/president of football operations Dan Morgan - along with the formal hiring and announcement of executive vice president of football ops, Brandt Tilis. Alex and Ricky give their thoughts and talk about what’s next. 

Mere days after internally promoting Dan Morgan, the Carolina Panthers hired former Tampa Bay offensive coordinator, Dave Canales, as their head coach. Alex and Ricky give their takes, explore what Canales brings to Carolina, and how we all got here. 

The Carolina Panthers made the first of multiple necessary offseason decisions and promoted interim GM Dan Morgan to the permanent post, adding on the title of President of Football Operations. Alex and Ricky give their thoughts on the hiring and the process the franchise took to get to that decision. 

The head coach search is underway for the Carolina Panthers. The team has virtually interviewed a multitude of candidates in the initial phase. Alex and Ricky discuss how each coach could fit, along with other implications from other teams searches. 

The Panthers lost the season finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, ending the 2023 campaign with a 2-15 record. General manager Scott Fitterer was fired the next morning. Alex and Ricky discuss player comments from exit interviews and explore the lists of GM and head coaching candidates. 

The Carolina Panthers went to Jacksonville to get shut out 26-0, bringing their season record to 2-14. With one final game remaining, Alex and Ricky discuss the hot topics - including a viral tweet moment - and what to watch during the finale. 

The Panthers fell to 2-13 with their Week 16 loss to the Green Bay Packers, but this one felt a bit different. Alex and Ricky talk about the offensive performance, Bryce Young’s breakout game, and then preview the Week 17 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

After a 1-10 start to the season, David Tepper fired head coach Frank Reich. Then he avoided questions regarding why. Alex and Ricky give their perspectives, followed by a preview of Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
